The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions:

Company refers to Mission Fitness Clothing & Amrit Fitness.
Goods / Services refer to the items and online transformation programs offered on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.

Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days of enrollment prior to customized plan delivery. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by email: info@amritfitness.com.

Refund Conditions

Due to the customized nature of personal training and nutrition plans, once a customized plan has been generated and dispatched to the client, sales are non-refundable. For physical goods, returned items must be in original packaging and purchased within 7 days.
